Montefiore Randwick Campus façade upgrade project involved large-scale remediation and cladding replacement works within an operational aged care environment. Our scope included detailed construction and final cleaning services across façade access areas, glazing, external surfaces, communal access zones, and surrounding operational spaces, delivered in coordination with safety, compliance, and staged construction requirements.
