Leigh Place Aged Care Facility residential aged care development involved the construction of a new 34-bed facility integrated within an existing operational site. Our scope included construction and final cleaning services across resident areas, communal spaces, balconies, basement parking, access zones, and external landscaped areas, delivered in coordination with staged construction and handover requirements.
