Levande Development is a large-scale mixed-use development delivered within a complex live operational environment. Our scope included construction and final cleaning services across the, primary school, new parish, retail spaces, church and basement car parking areas, with works completed in coordination with staged handovers, active construction zones, and high presentation standards.
